So i get this MS download e-mail and it states this i now available. Yay i think, i have been wanting to take a look at this for a while now, so i download the 517MB installation file.

The setup tunes me: you do not have .NET framework <VERSION>, which it proceeds to download. Ok, this i can get.
I try to install, guess what: it downloads MORE setup files. WTF for? Did i not download the whole fucking 517MB file?

And to top it all, the product does not install and the uninstallation of the components that did actually succeed, runs my dual core CPU at 100% for 2+ minutes.

Yes, they are doing well in the products they bring out, as well as their usability, but holy shit, did they ever think that people in developing countries do not run craig supercomputers as desktops with unlimited bandwidth?

Fuck you very much M$,

Dell is now doing the same thing.

Please download the latest 30MB driver, which in turn will download a couple of MB updated firmware and the updated driver to the updated driver.

Yay. Stupid all around, please queue here.
