SO glad they didn't follow Microsoft with the removal of the file, edit, tools etc menu bar, because FUCK that annoys me in office and IE, I cant find anything I want!!

Dont think so dude, but Im sure it wont be long before the plugins have their own version 3's

Generally they aren't compatible, a lot of them have already been updated and FF handles it automatically, downloading the newer versions for you.
