I'm currently doing CompTIA Network+ and I'll probably write exams at the end of the month. I intend to futher my studies and seem as though I am almost broke I've decided that Linux will be my next field of study. I mean R11000 for the MSCA excluding exam fees is outrageous and I'm also not sure what books to buy to do self study. So once again which one is better CompTIA Linux+ or LPI?

I just need something to get me started at the moment. I'm currently unemployed but I've heard of a job opening that has my name written all over it. There is some linux involved and from what I can gather these guys are using one linux box for their mail server. I've setup SUSE and Fedora before but never to the extent that I could get a DNS server or Mail server running off the thing. If things work out, I'd most likely do a Red hat certification much later on.

Oh and sorry if this isn't in the right section.
