This is true. Some cultures arent ready for democracy. If they dont get their way, they will resort to violence, no matter if the majority wants something or not.

search that site a bit more i saw the video of where that pic came from, the cops put the dude(maybe a woman) out with a home fire extinguisher. hectic shite here.
