Has any of you shared a flat/ room with anyone before ? im sure some of you have.

Why is it that no matter who you move in with, they always start fukcing you around ?

Im living with a friend ... she's a rich kid... lived in a fooking NEAT house, has tons of money, but STILL ... she fukcing doesnt clean up after herself, she doesnt pay her half of the groceries, never washes the dishes and then gets an attitude when i ask her to do something as simple as drying up the fooking wet bathroom floor after her and her bf's shagged in it ... WHY THE HELL MUST IT BE SO DIFFICULT ?!?!!

im in that place where i just want to lock myself in my room and never come out !

Get rid of her.

It doesn't seem as though she has ever had to clean up after herself, so in her mind, why should she start now?

The other alternative is to leave the filth there, in the hope that she will eventually clean up after herself (yeah right).

Do you cook for the two of you? If so, make just enough food for yourself, and eat in front of her. If she asks WTF, you just tune WTF right back. Of course, lazy girl could go and buy take aways, but hopefully the home cooked food is WAY tastier.

Ja, well, you HAVE to be extreme in these cases. I mean, if she isn't even paying for her half of the groceries, then why should she (and her boyfriend) enjoy the stuff?

Cook some food with laxatives in it and leave it in the fridge for them to "find".

When they WTF, WTF them right back with they didn't pay for it.

During my experience in a varsity res and some student homes, I learned that "the one who cares the least, wins.

All you can really do is keep your room as you would like it. Screw the rest. Its a selfish and bad attitude to have, but if you keep doing everything for the other person, they will never learn.

In my place, I do all the cooking and my roommate does the cleaning. If he doesn't clean, I don't cook. Quite simple.

I also sort the groceries out and claim half of it back, but you could always sort the cash out first to make sure you're not paying for her half.

Who's name is on the lease btw?

You may also want to make some shagging rules too. For us it's 'no shagging in communal areas,' but you can do what you want in your room. Perhaps invest in an uncomfortable bathmat too?
