The event went very well except for load shedding.
We do APOLOGIZE that we did not notify everyone of this. Unfortunately the office of Eskom that we phoned told us that loadshedding would not be happening on the 12th, only on the week thereafter. Therefore we only found out on the 12th with everyone else.
I will be posting a loadshedding schedule for the next event as soon as I can get hold of it.
I will also announce what we'll do if there is loadshedding, we will try to organize a braai or something like that during the 2 hours that the power is off.
BUT MOSTLY we will try to host our events on weekends without loadshedding
Anyway thanks for everyone that attended the event here are the details.
LAN overall:
We had no network problems or anything in that line.
We had approximately 50 gamers who attended.
Eskom was a pain in the #%$
Tournament:
We had a CSS tournament with the final being between NME and Plasma.
Congratulations to Plasma who won!!!
