So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on water, Coke, or Vick's Nasal Spray.

It just pisses me off that Americans(for instance) pay something like $2,50 for a gallon

I hope they can figure out a way soon to let urine be used instead of petrol.

hahahaha but the difference is humans don't consume any of those beverages as much as cars consume petrol in a week ...

$2.98 here and we are the cheapest in the country at the moment, most it has been here so far is $3.50 or something like that. Other states are predicting at least $4 a gallon this summer

hmmm i thought the 1l turbo diesel VW Lupo was on sale in the US

diesel is even worse here

almost $4 a gallon here already

$4 for diesel on a 1lt TDI vs $2.98 on a V8/V12 6lt monster....

problem is you might be in that tiny 1l car but everyone around you is in these huge trucks/bakkies

considering you need a whole different license code to drive them in SA should tell you something, the double cabs in SA are "small trucks" here
