Hi guys. Im in need of ideas for an afrikaans speech. just the ideas, thanx. i should be able to handle the translations. I like the one Void posted about the origins of afrikaans, but its quite a mission to work up on that as much as it seems easy.. i need to have one for about 2-3 minutes, & be able to use audio-visual aids with it..
help highly appreciated!!

Why? Like them or hate them, they have done a lot for the popularity of Afrikaans.

And if you want to be REALLY popular, have some biltong samples in class. :-)

if you wanna be really UNPOPULAR, play some steve hofmeyer in class
