Let me tell you the history
Myself and a friend hosted this woman's website and email address for 2 years then asked her to pay us and she refused
so I put an auto responder on her email address, anyone that emails the address gets this message :
This domain has been suspended due to non payment
The email address rinette@perfectmemories.co.za no longer is functional due to non payment
Any enquiries can be made to ***@***.co.za
So naturally she is fucking livid, a bunch of emails between her and my friend ensues until I finally step in. These are the last 2 emails

Paulo,
It has come under my attention that only my e-mail address, rinettee@ince.co.za, does not receive the derogatory remark about non-payment. I have asked you nicely to remove it as a whole. I do not see the benefit you get from doing this???
I ask you again, nicely, please remove that derogatory comment from the domain – as a whole.
I trust that this will conclude our correspondence

Hello,
My name is Paul,
I am the mail administrator and the person responsible for allocating payments to accounts.
Paulo Da Silva is my client, you are his client.
I have held open this account for the period from 2005 until now.
Your failure to notify Mr Da Silva to cancel the domain is of no concern to anyone other than the person who requested it, i.e. yourself.
Mr Da Silva informed me that you apparently "Spoke to someone" saying that they would get back to you, who was this person that you spoke to ? Why did you not contact Mr Da Silva directly?
Furthermore, the comment on your email is not derogatory, it is a factual founded statement.
No payment was made, therefore the domain and email were suspended.
Everyone who emails the email address will receive the notifications once in a 24 hour cycle.
The message also appears on your domains url at
http://www.perfectmemories.co.za
The message will remain there until such time that either;
The domain expires (mid 2009)
or
The invoice that I submitted to Mr Da Silva is paid in full.
Mr Da Silva was willing to incur the costs himself, however, according to the reports I have run on your email account, the account was definitely in use, and therefore the user, yourself, are accountable.
Mr Da Silva acts as an intermediatory between his clients (yourself) and myself and is therefore not liable or responsible for either the account or the process I have in place to deal with people who do not wish to pay for services that they use.
The account was generating approximately 2 - 6 Mb of bandwidth traffic a day on average, which constitues fair usage.
I really do not wish to engage in a who didn't do what debate.
You used the account, therefore you are responsible for it, regardless if the account was backdated, if you did not wish to continue using it, you should have issued a 30 day notice wishing to stop using the service to Mr Da Silva who in turn would have notified myself.
To date I have not yet received such a notice.
I'd like to reitterate that Mr Da Silva is not accountable or responsible for the account statement that appears on your email and url.
If you would like to resolve this, feel free to pay the outstanding amount owed to Mr Da Silva, so that I may be paid for my services.
If this however does not suit you, feel free to institute legal proceedings against DreamHost, the company that hosts your email and url.

Until then the suspension notice will remain on your email and site.
Thank you
regards
Paul
PostScript: I find it a rather balatant show of hypocrisy that you do not wish to pay for services for a company called perfect memories when you sign your email Rinette Edwards for Perfect Memories.
Some food for thought.
In future I would suggest that if you cannot afford a service, do not request it.
