The only thing is that quarter of a mile ... is a little bit a dissapointment .. i've seen old cars at the drag strip crawling close to the 10sec limit ..

now consider the fact that this is a standard production, street legal car, covered by a motor plan, warranty, etc. hell you can even insure it (unlike those modded 19futsak cars), this car has all the bells and whistles and latest computerised technology...... image what how much you could get out of it if it were modded like those cars....

The Skyline name has been dropped. The car is officially called the Nissan GT-R!

highly unlikely. There aren't too many skylines around, and I mean the proper skyline. However, some rich dude will bring it in... I hope to marry his daughter, and that can be our wedding gift.

UPDATE: Read in Jan 2008 edition of topCAR that Nissan and I quote: "Are looking into the possibility of bringing the GTR to South Africa"
