So we saw 28 weeks later this weekend - i just loved the first one so i hoped that i was not going to be dissapointed (you know how it works with sequels ... blair witch, Scary Movie, ..)

Have to say - even with a story base that wasn't new (infected taking over the world) - they did manage to give the whole movie an interesting level of "panache"

My man Robert plays one hell of a role, first as the coward followed by a rage-infected human being of some kind.

I also loved the clear message that the makers of the movie gave to entities such as the US military : violence doesn't solve it all !

If you haven't seen it yet - go and get yourself the movie !!!

When I saw the preview for "I am Legend" I thought it was for 28 weeks later (the scene with the "guy" in the bath )

I liked this one a lot!

The beginning is very raw and you just do not expect him to act the way he does. Very intense opening scene, it muddles a bit after that and turns into a frantic kind of movie which has some possible loopholes (really,the kids get outside etc).

All in all it feels like Aliens to Alien.
