I thought about this for quite a while now. We all know how alot of male players are better at gaming and all the top ranked WCG players are men too but could it be that woman might be supperior mico management wise?
We all know that woman were the first people to start using type writers and they make very good PA and receptionists however they lack aggression and the will for dominance that men have when it comes to computer gaming. Im just wondering if we set aside all veriables and just take pure micro skill who do you think would prefail?
Men have played competitive computer games for over 25 years now. They have amazing experience when it comes to rts/fps/rpg games. Honestly who here hasnt played Age Of Empire, Warcraft, Starcraft, Medal of Honor, Mortal Combat, Unreal Tournement, Halo, Red Alert, Tiberium Sun etc ect? All those are male dominated so to speak but woman play more calm games such as Sims, Tycoons, WoW, Rune Scape etc and they also need a fair amount of micro.
Another fact NOBODY can deny is that woman are alot better in multi-tasking and thus, by saying that, I believe woman could out perform men at micro management if they have the experience and aggression we do.
Thoughts?

They probably could, multitasking can be a valuable asset to people playing rts's.
As for the multitasking, in some cases doing things one after another is faster and more effective. We really do need to put this to the test, comnsidering that most players are male we can't make that decision.
Honestly experience wise they havenb't got much of a chance, but on micro - its likely they would beat us

Both sexes are equal.
When I went to WCG and saw the female competitive gamers go at it, there really is very little that separates them from the men (Especially when it comes to CS).
I don't believe there is a difference between the two, and your skill in a game is determined by more than one factor, being able to micro is one of them, but plays a very small role if you are playing a Macro game, like for instance C&C.
Strategy, scouting, build order, scouting, harassing, etc, all play a major part in how good you are in a RTS.
In short,
No I do not believe that either of the sexes are "better" at micro'ing as microing is a skill that can be developed by training.
