Hey, I accidentally changed the board skin to the old blue one, but I want to change it to something else. How can I do this?

Scroll right down to the bottom of any page. There's a drop-down menu where you can select a skin.

Hmm the box seems to have disappeared from the default skin.

I'll reset the grey one as default and you can select from there.

ye the blue skin has no skin selector

I dont know how to fix that but I forced a new skin onto mithras

(that sounds so pedo)

Edit the skin template to get it back there

Look and feel, click the dropdown, go "Edit Template HTML"
"All Global HTML" section, then "global_board footer"

Add in <% SKINCHOOSER %> where you want the skin selector to appear.

I'm currently setting up a board for a client. IPB was the the most capable forum for his needs, which are insane.

Setting it up to his needs and doing a fair whack of skin edits have gotten me well acquainted with it
