Yes - it was a surprise for me as well this morning ... instead of our usual blue/grey index page ... we got the message "this site will be live soon" ... and our backend panel was no longer accessible.

Reaction from the technical people : WIN12 is down - technicians are attending - will have it up shortly

edit: as you can see - the site is up again - just giving the finishing touch and making sure that the database is back on its place

edit 2 : latest update from the technical people : Please note that we are currently experiencing issues with WIN12.glodns.net. Our Technicians are currently attending to the issue and more information will be provided once it is available.

As you can see - the site is up and running again - some small issues still to handle but the commercial part is working

Why do you have two menu links to Koolance products but nothing in the category? can you source these products? I'm looking for a Voltage Regulator block
maxxdistri
Thanks for the remark - i will change that immediately

Also - do you happen to have a link to that specific item ?
maxxdistri
OK - i will get back to you on this one when im at the office tomorrow :-)

Ok - got the price

There seems to be some confusion on the what and how for Koolance in South Africa for the moment so do realize that this will be "grey import"
The law says that i need to inform customers about this - so be informed

The price : R445

This will most probably be very expensive - but im doing my very best to get this official.

So yes, we have to wait a little bit

Seems that the crash they had did a little bit more damage than expected
