Ok where do I start?

This is a "Received Damaged, Defective AND Wrong Item" issue.

Firstly, this is the 2nd shipment of books I have purchased.
This is the 2nd time that there has been a fault.

This is not a good track record and I am starting to lose faith in what is supposed to be a trusted and established brand that Amazon is supposed to be.

See the images at http://www.imallin.co.za/amazon/

The Phil Gordon box set was damaged.

I included a picture of the packaging box and one can see that the interior of the box is perfect, hence the books were damaged prior to transit.

The 2nd problem I have is that order ######## clearly states

1 x No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice

and

1 x Hold'Em Poker for Advanced Players (Advance Player)

See the images, you sent me 2 of the same book.

I would gladly return one of the incorrect books as well as the damaged box set, however its going to cost me more to send it back than it would to buy a new set.

Whats more, I had to pay additional duties on these books, and an additional duty on the replacement book you sent me.

At the end of the day I paid duties twice on a book that was damaged and will have to pay again for any additional replacements you send me.

This encounter is leaving me with a rather bitter taste in my mouth.

I am starting to feel a little contempt

anyone else have shit from them?

Never had any trouble from them, also buy from.com

personally i think it's more the shipping than them dispatching sub-standard goods.

that box set looks like it was squashed in transit dry.gif

I have been lucky enough to have no problems with Amazon. And I order things from there pretty often, so thank goodness.

Amazon.com has been amazing good to me, so far. I have been able to return items for items that have been mislabeled.
