I know its a long shot, but ive had no luck trying to find a mobo with these features..

Trying to setup a HTPC with my left over hardware.

3800+
x800xt pe

should make a good htpc.. problem is the mobo. It has to be mATX with agp and socket 939 and able to play the odd game on it(eg NFS Carbon)

Please let me know what you guys have. Thanks.
