1. Item being sold: Solid oak dining set 2. Location: Edenvale, JHB 3. Who will handle shipping costs: You'll have to fetch it 4. Selling price: See below 5. Reason for selling: Moving house 6. How old is the product: Not sure exactly
My mom's sold her house and is moving to a smaller townhouse and thus no longer needs such a large dining table.
It's a Cape Dutch 8 seater square table with 8 chairs and a 4-door sideboard. Everything is solid oak and in pretty good nick too as you can see from the photo.
The entire set cost her R20 000 new. Since that was getting on for 10 years ago and she needs it sold ASAP she's asking R6k for the lot. Note this price is negotiable depending on what you take and how fast you take it.
Naturally she'd prefer to sell it as a complete set so buyers keen on everything will get preference.

Honestly I've only played poker once on it so I can't make any promises, but there is plenty space for your chips, beer and snacks.

Final bump for this sale else the thing's going to have to be given to charity or something.
Sideboard has been sold but the table and 8 chairs are now going for R4 000.

Rust, I have been itching for proper furniture for a while now, but there's so much else I have to buy first!
Whats the dimensions of the table (more or less), as I live in a small townhouse myself.

I don't know the dimensions off the top of my head. I'll try get them for you ASAP.
Otherwise you can sort of gauge from the pic: it's about the width of three normal chairs square.
