I win. I win. hehe. Not only are you on hold for an hour. that hold music when you not getting the messages is really really annoying? Did you get any joy...? I should have the number for the dsl manager somewhere...

if i saw this thread early enough i would've told you thats telkom adsl - you lucky you got through in half an hour - i normally wait around 45 minutes - plus you are damned lucky you are missing those lion king adverts they were also adding in the mix a month or two ago - those alone were around 10 minutes long

as for that music - its as painful as having a tooth extracted without any anesthetic - that entire hold schlep is another reason why everyone hates telkom

Shame, guess they haven't implemented the awesome feature that is callback yet on that number. Phone 10214 and if it busy (like always) it'll prompt you to enter your number and will phone you back. Used it a couple of times and it's always phone me back spot on when it should.

then you have not tred the 10111 same message plays when you try and get hold off them
