Hi guys,

I have a weird one, although the solution might be simple.

One of the users has been forwarded a document in draft format and is unable to print it.

She's tried multiple different printers and I've even attached a local printer to my laptop and tried to print it aswell.

It just won't print.

I advised the user to contact the person who sent the draft document and request the final version of the document.

Is there another way of getting around this issue and printing the doc.

What happens if you go File->Save as and save it as something else. If you can send me the document I can have a look at it.

I've tried that and also renamed the doc while doing it.

But we've come right since I posted this in the morning.

I didn't know it was possible to format a document to prevent printing like this.
Will need to give it a bit more investigation.
