what solutions do the road safety dept have in place to curb the no. of road accidents? what is it costing the dept every year as a result of these accidents? why dont the dept offer the public a huge reward/incentive to formulate the ultimate solutions? eg, between R1million to R5

I wasn't aware that you needed a drivers license in South Africa unless you were an honest citizen? Has this changed?

Honest in which way, Gitano?
I know this one oke who works with me. He is from Namibia, and has an international drivers license, so it is not ONLY a case of getting your license over here in order to be allowed to drive legally.
