A simple yes or no poll.
If you stop playing then you should not, but if you are inactive for 60 days then you should be allowed to be attacked.
So that players can advance and not be road blocked by inactive members

I agree, for me still starting out, a lot of the level 1's are inactive so there are only a few targets to pick from which sucks.
I agree. There should be a way to attack them even after their 60 day time out. If a member doesn't participate then what's the harm? It would seem that they don't care if their stats go down by being attacked...
