I got 10 posts but it says your post needs to be previewed by a moderator

Thats because your first 10 posts were a pile of crap.
Once you start posting like a human being we will remove the review. Until then, Im afraid your spam/one liners need to be kept off the board.

I think you're wrong. It's 20 posts until you're in the member group.Then you don't be reviewed

Thats a great way to start. Tell a moderator that he is wrong. Now, if you posted like you were semi intelligent, I might actually care.

Moo, you are spamming, dude.
Here is another spam post - replying to a topic that was last replied to on May 12 2007?
You don't have to spam in order to make a target. And i any case, if you spam you way to a post limit, then your post count can simply be brought down again - which would mean that ANY valid posts would count for nothing in any case.

He could also simply be put back into a n00b group that has nothing....

I'm just trying to help, thats all. So no replying to topics about 6 month ago. Right?

Use your common sense mate. Something that has not seen a post in 6 months has nothing much less to discuss.
Before you hit add reply, decide if you are actually contributing anything by posting it

It's fine to respond to a topic older than 6 months PROVIDED that the post has not passed it's sell by date...
If I was looking for someone to help find a problem with something right now... does it warrent a revival after 3 months? It's fine if you have the same issue and need an answer you may dig up old posts and ask your question/updates in them

Replying to a 6 month old topic is fine provided you're adding something to the discussion, not just adding a pointless opinion that no one really gives a crap about.
There have been a lot of other incidents of members reviving topics from 2004 and such; for that you actually deserve to be shot.
