I just need to know whether I am wrong or right about the first one

A DVD Rom can play DVD's and not write music cd's or DVD's?

Where can I find a driver for a HP895CXI printer, compatible for windows98?

Can a Pentium 1 133MHz run Windows 2000?

Can a Pentium 1 be 400MHz? (someone gave me a computer wich I have no idea how to identify)?

Have you tried the HP site? Back in the day, drivers.com used to give some relief.
