People would only join if you offer things and give them great deals.

or if they are your friend, or if they like you. Not everyone has to be given stuff to join a certain group, or guild.

I guess I'm just too new to be known and for people to want to be associated with my guild....

So, for now I will stand alone.

But I forsee myself being slaughtered by some high lvl player if I get too cocky.

if a person is more than 4 levels higher than you, they can't attack you. you can however attack them.

we don't offer deals. we want members who want to be apart of our guild for being a part of it, not for wanting free stuff etc... that's not what we about.

Psycrow, as you post more, and start more threads, people will get to know you.

I didn't know about the 4 lvl target zone. I don't believe in deals and handouts. But I do believe in the strength of a brotherhood united; a guild. I think that once one gains members that they will become a great force in the arena. I have seen this amongst the AOK and such. High levels, a way of accomplishing things swiftly and effectively.

This is the dream of my guild.

also, you can't get gils if you attack someone 10 or more levels above you.

It does suck working your way up such a steep slope but it is not imposible.

Well he has. I think the arcade and the atkshop post limit has been a major boost for V9

I feel that it's forcing the lurkers of the arcade to come out of the darkness and become a part of the forum. As one of the former lurkers I feel that it was a very good move by the admin to get people to interact with eachother.

but the question that remains is.... will they still post once they reach 50 posts...? I sure hope so.
