My battery is apparently one of the problem ones, so I have filled in the info to get a replacement sent to me. Still waiting, although I only filled the forms in on Friday last week.

This recall is in force here in Bahrain as well.

I had to chuck my battery, been waiting 2 weeks. Still no battery

So i'm on a rent a phone atm.

They tell you to send the battery back to them when you get the new one...

In Bahrain they told us to leave our batteries at the main distributer for Nokia and they come back in 2 days and we would get the replacement. But as everything in this country. It never happened

I am so close to an upgrade anyway.

Got mine

I just got mine now. Delivered to me at my desk at work. hehe. It is now in the phone. Old one is in the package and will be sent back to Nokia this week/end. 10 points for Nokia.
