Hi there. My wheel wobbles quite badly when I Brake.I replaced the brake discs, as well as all suspension ball joints. Any Ideas? I'm thinking of checking the Wheel bearing next.

Front wheel bearing would make a noise if they were the problem.
Give this a shot:
1.) Find an open parking lot. 2.) Turn the wheels full lock left and drive in a slow circle - any clicking noises? 3.) Now turn the wheel full lock right and again, drive in a slow circle - any clicking noises?
Let me know what happens after this test. This is to check if your C.V. joints are ok.
There are other things that would make the steering wheel wobble, one or more buckled rims will contribute greatly to this.
Are the rims all straight? Have you gone through any large potholes recently? Are your tyres correctly balanced? How's the tread on all 4 tyres? When was the last time you did a tyre rotation?
Sorry for all the questions but I need as much history on the car as possible.
What year model is this car? Have you had the drive shafts checked?

It could also be the shock absorbers
