Now, I feel that I want to make a website and share my experience but I need to know how to make it so that everyone can read it. Here are some questions.

How do we create a .com domain? ( If we don't pay. If not what domain is the cheapest)
What are some website making tools?
How do we advertise or make it that people can google a word and my site will appear?

.com domains are not free, you'll need to google for free domains, there are quite a few weird tld's that are free. like .tk

its best to buy yuour own .com for as little as $8 from places like www.luckyregister.com

otherwise its best to go with a blog, a hosted one like www.wordpress.com

For .tk there's advertising. Can we remove the advertisement other than paying?

And if you get your own .com or whatever, and you still want Wordpress (the best blogging system out IMHO) you can get it from wordpress.org for free. The instructions are damn easy to follow, and the system is so popular that getting help is always easy. Totally customisable as well, if you are willing to spend a little time fiddling and learning.

Making search engines see you is called SEO (search engine optimisation) and you can find short tutorials all over the place. The best I have found was one that Paul gave me, at searchengines.com

Google automatically updates itself with listings based on links - i.e. it follows links from page to page until it finds yours (provided there are links pointing to your site (referred to as backlinks)). These updates usually occur every few months.

Or you could submit your site too google, just type in 'Submit my site' in the search box, it will tell what to do next.

Do you have to pay? And how about say your site's about games when someone searches games your site will appear first.

Google does not require payment - they actually reject it. The listing is based on how popular your site is and how good your SEO is. There are also numerous other factors such as backlinks (how many sites have links pointing to yours), Alexa rankings, etc. I recommend you do research on these topics as they have simply too much overhead to explain in this post
