No txt or MMS capabilities? Wtf!

Man, I wonder if all those idiots who've been waiting for two days outside Apple stores in the US know what they're in for? ermm.gif

hahahaha classic, I must admit the ads they have on tv here showing what it can do make it look very impressive though.

the one they show is a dude watching a video of pirates of the caribean, saying hmmm i want seafood, opening map finder, locating a resturant and clicking dial. pretty nifty

With the LACK of all those features, why would one actually BUY that piece of shit? What was Apple thinking?

Going to play with one at an AT&T office today, Ill report back tongue.gif

I know a guy who got one the day it came out, said that two guys offered someone in the front of the line $2000 dollars for his place.... crazy...

But he loves it, says its absolutely fantastic, and isn't even worried that he has to pay $100 and be without a phone for 3 days if he wants his battery replaced.....

I think it does have txt message capabilities RustPuppet, I think the instant messaging capabilities that is talking about is MSN or yahoo etc...
Or am I missing something?

Edit: Played.....
Its freaking cool, almost exactly the way its made out. Only problem, man that on screen keyboard is an absolute bitch to type with, you would have to be tinkerbell to type effectively with it...
