is it possibe to play il2 on mulitplayer with one disk
Yes.
Install on all PC's.
Start the game on the first PC with disc in drive.
Once you are at the main menu, remove disk and start game in second PC with disc in drive.
Repeat.
Me and my friends have created lots of crazy dogfight games with the map editor.
Enjoy.
