Here is the new installment of the Polls. I thought that this time i'd make a poll on SA (kudos to Rusty for the suggestion and PM

It all boils down to this - SA is devoloping (sort of) except in the wrong places and in some cases its going backards. So is the Sa Goverment to blame

IS IT THE BIGGEST BARRIER TO SA'S DEVOLOPMENT?

I vote no.

The main barrier is crime. It can be said that this is because of government policy that crime is where its at though. I personally think that the people themselves are to blame. I think that it says a lot about the people living in this country that we NEED such exponentially stronger measures to combat crime. The people I want to live with will not commit crimes, not for fear of being caught, but because it is wrong.
