Please bear with my noobness...

I've tried to install Fedora6 but I got no bootloader.

What I did:
Shrunk the partition on my secondary hdd with Gpart
Booted the DVD and chose to install in the free space
Rebooted

... back to windows
No nothing

Did I stuff it up?

Thanx in advance

Paul
dude I wish I could help you but

a ) I dont know fedora
b ) what bootloader?

Lucien
Yo

Any bootloader - Grub I think...
Unless fedora uses something else.

I thought it would install by itself and ask you what settings to use
Like BeOS's
Paul
dude, grub needs to define a list of OS's

my best bet is to retrace your steps and check through the documentation on the bootloader again
Lucien
That's part of the problem, I never saw any setup of the bootloader...

Will give it another try
Paul
find the grub config and paste it here plz
