i sent an email to the sabc during september last year (2006) about that bullsh*t tv license. i got my reply today. it’s april 2007...8 months later...damn pathetic!!! Bwahahahaha...it’s so fuckin sad what RSA is coming to
Welcome to the forum rockstar. Out of interest, what was the e-mail about. Just so I don't e-mail them about the same thing only to wait 8 months to get a reply.

Pay your TV licenses, guys, Someone I know was contact after like 10 YEARS of NOT paying his TV license by an SABC attorney, enquiring why s/he had NOT paid his/her license since 1994.
These okes WILL eventually track you down, so even though u dont watch the garbage on SABC, just pay the license fee and stay out of prison, and avoid becoming some AIDS-ridden swine's biatch in prison.

you cant get locked up for owing money
in fact, you won't even get locked up for committing large scale fraud.
instead you get a fine.
why?
because crime funds the state, you defraud a bank of R10 000 000
1st time offence you get a suspended sentence and a R3 000 000 fine, maybe 6 months jail time, if that.
and then you pocket R7 000 000
and you wont get locked up with hardended rapists etc
you'll land up at places like leeukop where you are allowed to go home on weekends
