I think my dvd drive is shot. I finished burning a disk and was printing the "light scribe" side in the drive when nero informed me that the print process failed because of a internal error.
I had to restart my system to get the disk out >> the green light kept on flashing.
Since then it doesn't see cd or DVD disks and I don't mean rw or some such, tested it with a game cd & the pcformat dvd

What is it with me and LG it's the 3rd drive in a year that breaks on me.

urm maybe it's shit LG drive? or you using some sub standard lightscribe dvd's that's breaking your drive?

I really don't know about the drive it's the 3rd lg drive that brake on me in about a year.

As to the disk, it's a HP disk.

I think LG drives don't like me.

maybe get yourself a decent plextor drive... thow those sub standard drives in the RMA bin and pay for the best
