Months ago I subscribed to the Sports forum. As expected I got emails whenever a new topic was added. Now I dont want it anymore, but cant figure out how to cancel it.

Could someone please have a look into this, or tell me the correct steps to cancel my subscription?

Go to "my controls"

on the left click "view topics" under "subscriptions"

Then you should be able to change it
