I have never seen a topic about DOTA on the vault so I just had to start one seeing how obsessed I am with the game.

Before I start posting strat guides and builds I'd like to know, who else on the vault plays DOTA!

If you do, do you play online??

I used to play online a little more than 2 years ago, but dont currently have ADSL.
I tried with GPRS once...... :-(

We play a game almost every day at work after work. Usually 3v3 or 4v4. A housemate and I also plays regularly. 1v1 and filling the empty spaces with bots.

Did you play on war3.co.za or on international?

I played when it was still reason. Tried again on war3.co.za

I also used to play on reason but that was years ago

Yep i love it but not obsessed with it. I'm usually on Lordareon (but not when LOm is on as we have the same serial no. on ROC)

Ye hes alright, but death pact is a kinda crap ability to give him. Death pact should be given to Pudge or Centaur.
I like Juggernaught the most of sentinel.
Lvl 4 Blade Dance + Lvl 3 Omnislash = 85-90 damage x 2 (30% chance) = 170-180 damage per slash x 13 slashes = 2210-2310 DAMAGE
And then you could always add items...

Haha, FX used to be my hero when I started playing WC. Back then there was no DotA and it was good. TS, NF and MoD (If I remember the clan names right) used to own it up. I was so happy the one time I played with FX cos he was in TS and they were like OMGWTFPWN.

Oh yeah, DotA. Great game, rubbish online community.

Sad but true! All too often you join a random game on war3.co.za and play for a little while only to have the little fags disconnect because they're getting pwned!

Back in the day on reason it felt like the ppl playing WC3 was more mature. Now the chat room just makes me want to go out and beat up 12 year olds...

I love playing as Lightning Reventant as he is a versatile hero that can do tons of damage

But there as so many noobs that when they rush straight at the towers / protecters and get themselves killed just disconnect and leave 2 or 3 people left.

Gets so damn annoying

I like Enfos and Footman Wars is also pretty cool

Go figure, seems like there is only like 5 REAL PLAYERS in a sea of complete ass holes who can't play DOTA to save there life.
