Any problems with the above server?

Any V9 page i open waits for ages for ads.kinetiq.org before loading any information.

indeed the server that we host our ads on was being dos'd earlier. but not on purpose we dont think. we've also requested the host center do full system diagnostics on the server as it keeps falling over. load is not an issue though as it is not a high usage server. so we waiting to hear back from the hosts on that issue.
