I have a special request

A female colleague of mine needs some assistance.

Her husband passed away over the christmas weekend and she needs access to his emails because he archived his policy documents in his PST

She can access his PST but not his actual emails because he encrypted them and now she cant access them.

Any ideas?

Also, please find out which version of Outlook she is using, and what version her husband was using. Is she opening the PST in her husband's outlook profile, or hers?
