If you have ADSL/ iBurst at home, you could setup a VPN and connect to the internet through there.

The only way i found to unblock sites in my university (mean good way) is the VPN service. I use the encrypted VPN tunnel between my computer and the website which is blocked. Cause of VPN i have American IP. And they cannot stop me. And not like with proxy    my connection speed grows up.

Itss blocked to people outside brazil. I have tried diffrent proxies but they all say there is an error detecting flash plugin.. any ideas?

maybe you missing a flash plugin? i.e adobe flash player for browser is missing...
