I don't spam. All my posts have some form of value. At least to me they do. CrEaTiOn did some pruning of the forums, so the posts that were deleted will then be removed from your post count as well, as they no longer exist.

I'm guessing that, shoutbox now also show on post count, mine went up when the new shout box opened.

Nope, the shoutbox doesn't add to the counts. If it did I would be over 10K in posts, LOL. My posts were over 2K long ago W@RP@T}{.

Mine was 568 or something like that and when i noticed again it was around sevenhundred something, but like Raviji said its the content that counts not the quantity.

Hmm, must have something todo with your account being missing (until you pointed it out) - ill look into it.
