i have a polo classic 2l, enjin 276 billet, car bogs down when i drag, would the enjin perform better with its standard cam , also had bigger valves & injectors put in, could that be a problem too???

How's about som more information...
How much bigger are the valves/pistons and injectors?
You've obviously not had the car's timing and fueling set correctly after all these modifications.

vwpoloed valves standard 550 cc injectors from rotary13b,removed thermostat so enjin runs cool all the time , havent bn to dyno yet, guys at tuning places tend to tune timing too hectic, then enjin pings and bogs even more, rather do it self with a bit of help?

You will need to get the car onto a dyno to correctly identify the problem and get it sorted out. There is no other way to really do it.
You're running with a much bigger cam and larger injectors so more than likely (and I hope this is the case) your oversize injectors are putting too mach fuel into the engine and you're getting some flooding. Your pistons and the cylinder might also be getting some borewash (fuel flooding the cylinder) and you run the risk of hydro lock or possible washing the oil out of the cylinder and off the pistons then selves.
The other side of that coin is that with out the engine and management system being setup for the cam and injectors your running too lean. If this is the case you run the risk of either melting your pistons or burning a hole in them.
Heck, you might even get detonation which will make you're pistons explode. Not fun scraping your pistons out of your sump with a tea spoon I can assure you.
What management system are you running the engine on?
I don't recommend running a car built for drag racing with-out a thermostat. Having the engine run cool all the time sounds like a good idea to some people but you end up preventing the engine reaching it's ideal running temperature, which means that the engine oil doesn't heat up properly and doesn't provide correct lubrication to all the internals.
Which area are you in? I might be able to recommend a good place for you to go to. But you NEED to get the car onto a dyno and tuned very soon!

What Management and engine oil are you running?
