Well, Australias Damien Martyn has also retired from international cricket. It would appear that this was also a shock to the Aussies, as Boje's was to SA. Nobody had any idea it was on the cards. The strange thing here is the next test is at his home ground... so people are really confused.
His place in the 3rd test is to be taken by Andrew Symonds.
