Well, as we all know, they are getting divorced.  I’m not really surprised, but I feel sorry for Britney - so unlucky in love. 


The latest news in this saga is that Kevin is planning to fight Britney for sole custody of both their children:  Sean Preston and Jayden James.  It is also said that Kevin is also seeking spousal support from the divorce.
In a written statement yesterday, Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said: “Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals.”


At least Britney signed a prenup, unlike in her first marriage to Jason Alexander (which was annulled soon afterwards).


It seems, however, that Britney isn’t feeling too upset about the whole thing - maybe it has been a long time coming.  It seems like she’s ready to get her music career back up and running, after she put it on hold for the birth of her two sons.


She appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman earlier this week (minus her wedding ring) with a new, sexy look as you can see in the picture.  She was also seen ice skating with her former manager Larry Rudolph, who she fired a while ago.


I think she is looking amazing, and I wish her the best of luck.
