Sugie, I think you need a couple more posts before you can use the PM system. I am going to double check the settings, but I think it is set to 10 posts. Almost there.

I always use the PM system so it's not a problem for me unless it effects other users as well.

Sorry about that, I must have missed that setting. Its now enabled for all members above the junior level. The reason we did that is because we are currently getting alot of spammers signing up and sending pm's/emails to people to advertise their company, so we have disabled it for junior members (only 10 posts to get to regular ).

I have moved Sugie into the regulars group so you can now email/pm whoever you want
