Don't like my friends being in pain.

awwwwww.. well this friend doesnt like being in pain either.. i can feel my veins throbbing all along my forehead and by my temples

I used to get those when I was a bit younger, there was nothing I could do about them. It had something to do with my sinuses. Maybe get something that clears your sinuses and see if that helps. You may not feel like you are sick or anything, but they still may be a little clogged.

i take sinumed tablets everyday before i go to bed

hmm.... maybe it is doing the reverse... and giving you the headaches.

i have always had quite bad headaches.. but not as constant as it has been these past few days

maybe they have caught up on you. May I suggest you stay off them for a few days, and see if that helps at all?

no i have started that yesterday in fact.. stopped taking all and any sort of meds

well the sinumed i took forever, the other meds was for the muscle pain.. and then there are vitamins i take as well

yeah. we had a little bit of snow here this morning.

we got rain and rain and rain

and this dump cant handle that rain so everything is getting flooded and mountains are coming down

yar, my sisters bf had to drive 4 hours yesterday from work (like 60km) due to rain and rocks coming down the mountain pass

luckily I sit in a dry place with a nice cup of coffee
