Ok so I have long hair, its like 10 cm from my waist... Have been wrestling with choice of cutting it or not... If I do cut, then was thinking of cutting it to the middle of my back and in layers which start on the shoulder....

So question to the guys, do you prefer women to have long hair or short hair and if either choice, then why? Or if neither, what length hair do you like women to have?

Or are you one of those men who love their woman regardless of appearance? in other words one of the near extinct Homo perfectamansus....

And just by the way, Blackrazor, i'm referring to the hair on a woman's head....

It depends on what you look like. Some woman look best with long hair, other with short.

So soz I cannot answer this one, except if you show us a pic that is.

Unforunately it's not as simple as that I know that I can't say I prefer blondes, or Brunettes... it comes down to how one looks specifically... and it's the same with length of hair, and how 'good' your hair is.

I go for long but not too long, like a bit below the shoulders is fine for for me.

Some long, some short. Overall I prefer long hair, but it depends on a lot of things.

A girlfriend would have to make a very bad choice for me to tell her I prefer the old hairstyle.

I prefer long free flowing hair. I find it to be very very attractive.
But it doesnt matter what I think, it all comes down to what you prefer.

well firstly I do hate the extreme long hair that's down to the person's waist... reason? the time it takes to wash and dry that hair

but dependent on the person Long hair is really nice in some situation and especially seksi if you can tie up that long hair

some people would definately suit short hair but generally I would stick to the long hair

well most of the time i leave it to dry naturally.. if its hot outside... and it takes me 20 minutes to half an hour to dry.... so it is actually quite manageable....

just i've reached the point where i want something different you know.... i havent cut my hair since last year.... i want something shorter, not too short, but more movement... i've always wanted curls.. but it never stays in, always falls flat even if i have it done at the hairdresser.... yeah.. i got lots of time to decide, planning on cutting the hair after the exams....

thats too short for me... i was thinking just above my elbow.... that is where the first layer from the back begins....

I had long hair like that for most of my life, and wanted a change. So I cut it below my shoulder blades, but eventually that was too long.

So then I went for it and cut it to just above my shoulders - and I haven't been happier with my hair. It's just so much easier. Obviously it's grown since there and it's just below my shoulders which DocterMoo says he prefers, so I am keeping it like this.

Regarding styling, maybe invest in some curling tongs, and use a curling mousse?

Having shorter hair like mine is a lot easier, and a lot more can be done with it. I alternate between straight hair, naturally wavy hair and curly hair. LOVES IT.

I'm a fan of long hair myself (even though my current gf has really short hair...)

Anyway, you have a great figure! So layering it as you suggest will show it off nicely!

And yes, trim is probably the best choice... and oh yeah.. i never go to the hairdresser to cut my hair, only been there twice to style it for weddings i was in... otherwise i always cut my hair myself

my hair has always been more or less that length.. well when i was in high school it was just below my shoulder... it took me a year and a bit to get to that length and i have maintained it ever since...

long hair does have its perks...

keep it that length.. its seksy.... but its up to you, you must take into account time and effort.. if its unmanageable, change it.. if not i'll say keep it that way...
