He is too busy chatting the WHOLE day on IRC, I've seen it with my own eyes

I have a problem with entering the arcade. Every time I try ti enter with my nick and pw it comes out this thing
"You need to be an Arcade administrator to perform this action!":how can it be?I've always used my nick and pw without problem. What's happening?
