Position Summary:
Primary Objectives:
•Insite Client Service Management
Main Duties:
•Identify and engage in new business opportunities
•Identify and provide proactive feedback to the customer on situations to watch in their environment
•Ownership of service delivery issues and ensure resolution by responsible operations manager
Requirements:
•Post Matric Diploma/Degree
•CCIE Certified, CCNP is a minimum qualification
•MCSE, Unix certifications will be advantageous
•At least 2 – 3 years applied field experience
•Advanced troubleshooting
•Network Management Systems experience
•eHealth report interpretation
