My client is urgently looking for a Delphi developer that would be able to do a migration from Win 32 to .net.
You need the following experience:
Delphi Win32, .NET
UML
Patterns
Firebird/SQL
Object Oriented Analysis and design capabilities.
ECO experience would be a bonus.
