Purpose of the Job
To ensure necessary IT security controls are in place in order to enforce approved security policies, standards and directives

Responsibilities
•Implementation, support and maintenance of IT Security compliancy and monitoring technologies and drive action plan in case of deviations
•Research and drive new security control initiatives and improvement of existing technologies and processes
•Risk management: review systems and applications for security risks and ensure they are included in the Risk Register, interaction with risk assessors
•Audit management: coordination of action plans with Technology Services, drive resolution of outstanding items, interaction with auditors and services management
•Vulnerability management: Patch Council representation, vulnerability scanning on internal and external devices
•Coordinate action plans on non-compliancy issues with different support areas
•Escalate and address out of line situations according to defined incident response processes and procedures
•Review IT security standards and policies on effectiveness
•Develop and review competitive processes in his/her area of responsibility
•***Implement, support and maintain crypto technologies and drive processes
•Mentoring Information Security Analyst and knowledge transfer

Knowledge and Skills
•Deep understanding of information security principles and best practices
•Solid technical background in Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory
•Technical background/understanding in at least two of the following systems: AS/400, Mainframe, Tandem, Databases, UNIX, Firewall, Routers
•Background in at least 6 of the Information Security domains and understanding of all security domains

Experience
•7-10 years experience in IT of which at least 3 years must be in the Information Security field

Education
•Relevant B Degree
•CISSP qualification
•MCSE
•Preferably some other technical certification
