I think he's waiting for one of the ladies to bite before the tells them exactly when and where to meet him, before he tushes them (as mentioned above)

Dude I think you should be thinking of this the other way around: don't try and change yourself to be the man some woman wants you to be, rather be yourself and find someone that's compatible with you.

Otherwise, I've seen some street corners where, to the girls there, every man with hard cash is the perfect man
